Here is a closer look at on of the individual heart on the banner. You can see the little flowers in there that are purple. They are almost the same colour as the fabric. I still have to put some beads on here which I think are going to be a perl grey colour. Well that is the plan at the momment. I wrote down the list of materials I am using but that is upstairs.
About two weeks ago I got this early birthday present from my parents. It is a Daylight lamp not an Ott lamp. So far it has helped at night and on dull days. I think it will really help when I do my angel on black.

Congrats on your new lamp. I have a daylight lamp and love it. Your banner looks really pretty!
Can see a lot more done on your banner. Lamp certainly gives more 'daylight' hours in which to stitch!
